About this Project
This implementation and evaluation plan was developed for HSCE 831: Educational Strategies for the Health Sciences II at Radford University and presented as a virtual poster session. The artifact describes a wicked interprofessional experiential learning activity within a course titled Community-Integrated Laboratory Practice: Values, Service, and Workforce Pathways. The primary audience includes health professions educators, program administrators, and interprofessional education specialists. Rhetorically the document employs scholarly, evidence-based language grounded in established pedagogical frameworks including Kolb's experiential learning theory and IPEC competencies. The design intentionally elevates the visibility of clinical laboratory scientists within interprofessional workforce planning — reflecting my commitment to advancing laboratory science education and my doctoral concentration in community health and higher education.
